The Bird of Prey Show in Silkeborg is a breathtaking experience for nature lovers and families alike. Set in the beautiful natural surroundings of Silkeborg, the show offers a unique opportunity to see birds of prey in action.

Guided by professional trainers, visitors can enjoy impressive flight displays and learn about the skills and characteristics of various bird species, including eagles, falcons, and owls.

 

Birds and their skills


During the show, several species of birds of prey are presented, such as the white-tailed eagle, the peregrine falcon, and owls. You will see these majestic birds in full action as they demonstrate their hunting techniques and impressive flying skills. The trainers share interesting facts about the birds’ behaviour, hunting instincts, and way of life, making the show both spectacular and educational.

Shows and tickets


The dates and times of the shows can be found on the official website of the Silkeborg Bird of Prey Show. Each show lasts approximately one hour, and ticket sales as well as the shop open one hour before the show begins. After the show, the shop remains open for another hour. Visitors can also take a walk through the owl forest, a special area where various owl species live and can be admired up close.
