If you already have a reservation, simply drive up to the barrier. It will open automatically using license plate recognition. Once the barrier opens, you are checked in!

Exceptions:

• Your booking has not been paid in full (you can pay the outstanding balance online and then check in).
• You have not entered a license plate number, or your license plate cannot be read (in this case, use the barrier access code sent to you).
• You arrive too early (please check your booking confirmation for your arrival time).

IMPORTANT: If you have rented a cabin or any other rental accommodation, you must collect your key at the reception. Outside reception opening hours, your key will be available in a key box located at the entrance to the reception.
