Our measures regarding the corona situation
The same rules apply at Bryrup Camping as in the rest of society.
Take care of yourselves and each other.
Download the GoVisit app to be constantly updated about changes to the above.
Reception and shop
There must be a maximum of 5 people here at a time. Keep your distance from each other and use the alcohol dispensers set up.
Please respect that all contact takes place behind the installed Plexiglas screens.
There is MASK ORDER at the reception!
We are sure that we will have a good atmosphere and camping fun if we just take care of each other. And as soon as we get approval for that, we will loosen the measures.
The pool
Is open from 09:00 to 20:00 from DKK. Ascension. Max 20 people in the water at a time, and max 70 people in the pool area. If there is a queue, limit your time in the pool so that the next ones can get in.
Baths and toilets
We have put disinfecting detergent in the shower/toilets so that you can disinfect contact surfaces before and after yourself.
There is no hand sanitizer set up by or in the shower/toilets, but paper towel holders and hand soap are set up in all showers/toilets, so wash your hands thoroughly or bring your own hand sanitizer.
We naturally refer to using your own toilet, possibly bathroom and kitchen as much as possible!
Communal kitchens
Max. 1 person at a time in the small kitchen, and max. 5 in the large one. (4 m2/pers.)
There is MASK ORDER in communal kitchens!
Here, too, we have put out disinfectant cleaning agent so that contact surfaces can be cleaned before and after use.
Of course, we recommend that you use your own kitchen and grill as much as possible! Also remember the option of using the outdoor kitchen, where hand sanitizer is of course also available.
What if the space is not allowed to open, or the guest wants to cancel due to corona?
The place is not allowed to stay open
If the Danish authorities initiate measures, e.g. as part of the fight against Covid-19, which prohibit or recommend Bryrup Camping to remain open or which make it significantly more difficult to keep the site open, the site is entitled to cancel/rescind the agreement with the customer .
This also applies to initiatives that change the financial prerequisites for keeping the site open.
The effect of such cancellation/revocation is:
- The site is not liable for compensation for any losses that the guest may suffer, including, for example, expenses incurred in vain
- A possible prepaid deposit is refunded to the guest
– If cancellation/cancellation occurs in the middle of the period in which the guest has booked a stay, the guest pays proportionately for the stay based on the number of days the guest has spent the night on the site in relation to the agreed number of days.
Some facilities are not allowed to stay open due to corona
The guest is obliged to pay the agreed remuneration provided that the place is open for overnight stays. This also applies even if certain facilities such as the swimming pool, café, common room, bathing facilities and the like may be closed as a result of Covid-19 restrictions or recommendations. Limitations in the facilities justify
thus the guest cannot cancel or receive a refusal of the agreed remuneration.
The guest wants to cancel
The agreement is binding so that the guest is obliged to pay the agreed remuneration, even if the guest is not legally able to travel to Bryrup Camping due to travel restrictions. This applies regardless of whether the reason for this is based on regional or local restrictions on free movement. This applies regardless of whether these restrictions apply where the guest is resident or where Bryrup Camping is located.
